Club SciKidz is the best place under the sun for extraordinary STREAM programs. Established in 1997, owners Bob and Sue Hagan have created one of America’s finest summer science and technology camps. Bob and Sue have a combined 30 plus years of teaching experience and both hold a Master’s Degree in Education.
Beginning in 2001, Camp Young Scientist was created to accommodate children in grades 1-2. Each year additional Science Camp themes were added and there are now 60, and counting, offering exciting projects and experiments for kids grades PK-8th!
In order to become a “full-service” science enrichment business, additional programs were added to include: after-school science clubs, robotics, science assemblies, in-school field trips, and teacher workshops. Club SciKidz also conducts 45-minute science workshops in PreSchools. Since 1997, more than 250,000 children have attended one or more of Club SciKidz’ science day camps or school programs. Club SciKidz now offers 60 different themed science camps and 30 weeks of inquiry-based after-school science club experiences.
Our unique science programs are designed to meet the needs of children ages 4-15. Carefully researched science lessons help engage students in observation, measurement, identification of properties, and experimentation involving life, earth, and physical science concepts. Each unit is rigorously researched by science educators with the help of teachers and children. The results are lessons that students enjoy and genuinely learn from.

Franchisee Daily Life
The franchisee’s mission is to establish and develop their franchise territory. Daily activities include establishing locations for summer and school programs, marketing the Club SciKidz brand and delivering quality programs in their territory.
In addition, each franchise owner will be engaged in the usual tasks of any small business owner. These include; customer service, accounting and banking, obtaining insurance, purchasing of inventory, maintaining their website and registration service, and complying with local and state regulations, to name a few.
The Club SciKidz Operations Manual contains a yearly timetable broken down by month of the tasks that should be accomplished as the calendar year progresses. Owning a business requires dedication and hard work. It will require no less than 30 hours per week in the beginning.
Finally, the franchisee will be committed to the growth of their business as they set goals for the future. Remember, your goal in buying a business is to be financially successful.
